Job summary

Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to work with principal investigators to facilitate all aspects of research. The role involves study design, coordination, implementation, documentation and data management of protocols, including budget preparation, monitoring, and quarterly reports.

The position reports to department leadership and may require travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of research processes and regulations.
• 3-5 years of research experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Access and standard software.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems independently.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hospital departments to coordinate research activities.
• Monitors study conduct per IRB and Federal regulations.
• May travel to various sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
