Job summary

Parexel is looking for a Clinical Research Associate to monitor clinical sites in the United States, including Idaho. The role requires hands-on site visits, regulatory compliance, data quality oversight, and active collaboration with investigators to keep studies on track.

The ideal candidate has at least 12 months of onsite CRA experience, a health-related bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of direct onsite CRA monitoring experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in biological science, pharmacy, or another health-related discipline.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, regulatory requirements, and trial processes.
• Experience using CTMS, EDMS, and MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Oncology, Ophthalmology, CAR-T, and/or MASH trial monitoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualification visits, SIVs, monitoring visits, and terminations at sites and file reports.
• Manage site quality and delivery from start to closeout.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned sites and resolve issues to support study execution.
• Build strong relationships with investigators and site staff.
• Review trial performance and safeguard participant rights and safety.
• Develop patient recruitment strategies with sites to meet enrollment timelines.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate data quality and site performance; ensure drug accountability.
• Verify site regulatory documents and maintain study documentation.
