Job summary

Parexel is hiring a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with at least 12 months of onsite monitoring experience to manage clinical sites from start to closeout. You will ensure study quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance while maintaining strong site relationships.

The role involves conducting visits, supporting enrollment, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver study milestones. A Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of direct onsite monitoring experience as a CRA.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in biological science, pharmacy, or health-related discipline.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with CTMS/EDMS and MS Office (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualification visits, site initiation visits, monitoring visits, and termination visits.
• Manage site quality and delivery from site identification through closeout.
• Be the primary contact for assigned clinical sites and resolve issues.
• Oversee study integrity and relationships with investigators and site staff.
• Ensure regulatory documentation is complete and accurate.
