Job summary

Piper Companies is actively seeking a Clinical Research Associate II to join a top-tier CRO with a proven track record of excellence. This position is fully remote but requires travel 60-80% regionally on the East Coast.

The CRA II will serve as the primary bridge between sponsors and sites, ensuring trials follow protocols, protect patients, and meet regulatory expectations to support lifesaving drugs and treatments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of on-site clinical monitoring experience within General Medicine or related therapeutic areas.
• Experience with the FDA or similar regulatory and accrediting agencies.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Prior experience at a larger CRO preferred.

• Oversee the development and execution of clinical trial plans and protocols for Phase I-IV studies.
• Maintain documentation and data evaluations.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure monitoring activities meet study requirements.
• Conduct on-site monitoring visits and field evaluations.

This position is fully remote but does require travel 60-80% of the time regionally on the East Coast. The Clinical Research Associate II will function as the primary bridge between sponsors and sites, ensuring clinical trials follow protocols, protect patients, and meet all regulatory expectations to successfully create lifesaving drugs and treatments.

Compensation for the Clinical Research Associate II:

• Salary Range: $120,000-$145,000
