Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II for a fully remote role with 60-80% regional travel on the East Coast. You will bridge sponsors and sites, ensuring trials follow protocols, protect patients, and meet regulatory expectations.

Qualifications include 3+ years of on-site monitoring, FDA/regulatory experience, and a Life Sciences degree. Prior CRO experience is a plus. Salary ranges from $120,000 to $145,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Job description

Piper Companies is actively seeking Clinical Research Associates II to join a top-tier CRO with a proven track record of excellence, trusted by global pharma and biotech partners. This position is fully remote but does require travel 60-80% of the time regionally on the East Coast. The Clinical Research Associate II will function as the primary bridge between sponsors and sites, ensuring clinical trials follow protocols, protect patients, and meet all regulatory expectations to successfully create lifesaving drugs and treatments.

Responsibilities of the Clinical Research Associate II:

• Oversee the development and execution of clinical trial plans and protocols for Phase I-IV studies
• Maintain documentation and data evaluations
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure monitoring activities meet study requirements
• Conduct on-site monitoring visits and field evaluations

Qualifications of the Clinical Research Associate II:

• 3+ years of on-site clinical monitoring experience within General Medicine or related therapeutic areas
• Experience with the FDA or similar regulatory and accrediting agencies
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field
• Prior experience at a larger CRO preferred

Compensation for the Clinical Research Associate II:

• Salary Range: $120,000-$145,000
