Job summary

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Research Associate I to work with the study team to coordinate and implement research projects. You will evaluate data from source documents, enter data into electronic systems, and assist with regulatory submissions to the IRB and budget processes.

A bachelor’s degree and/or clinical research experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of GCP guidelines and HIPAA compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Science, Sociology, or related field.
• One year of clinical research experience preferred.
• Maintains research practices using Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and/or implement the study with CRAs, coordinators, or nurses.
• Evaluate and abstract clinical research data from source documents.
• Enter data into EDCS and other sponsor-provided systems.
• Assist with regulatory submissions to IRB and with study budgets and patient billing.
