Job summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to support translational research projects within a healthcare setting. Under guidance, you will coordinate end-to-end research activities, develop IRB and grant applications, manage data from collection to analysis, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with participant recruitment and scheduling.

About the Role:

The Clinical Research Associate (CRA), with guidance and supervision, supports translational research projects. This position is designed for a clinical research professional responsible for end-to-end coordination and oversight of research activities within an academic or healthcare setting. The role includes developing and submitting IRB and grant applications, managing all phases of data handling (from collection to analysis), ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting participant recruitment and scheduling. Additionally, the role involves consulting with trainees and staff, contributing to scholarly outputs, and managing the Division's research visibility through social media and public engagement.

• Overseeing departmental data repositories

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree required

Experience: Prior experience working in a research lab and IRB Applications, experience: as a research assistant, is organized, detail oriented, and is familiar with research measurement tools and platforms

Pay Range: $27.00 to $41.85 Based On Experience
