The Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences is seeking a full-time Research Assistant to support interventional clinical trials at the Hardesty Center for Clinical Research and Neuroscience. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, public health, biology, nursing, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in clinical research is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with participant recruitment and screening across community and clinic settings.
• Conduct study visits, administer assessments, collect vital signs, monitor safety.
• Build rapport to support engagement and retention in trials.
• Document visit data in source documents and EDC systems.
• Maintain GCP and IRB compliance and manage study files.
• Support multiple concurrent studies and collaborate with the lab teams.
• Work with OSU Biomedical Imaging Center and Simmons Lab teams.
