Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to participate in study activities, screen and enroll participants, and collect and report clinical research data.

The role involves recruiting participants, obtaining informed consent, scheduling follow-ups, and coordinating with the study team. Responsibilities include paperwork, basic assessments, arranging lab procedures, and ensuring proper documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
• Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within one month of hire date.
• Basic Life Support certification (Online Basic Life Support certifications, those without a skills assessment component, are not sufficient to meet the Basic Life Support requirements).
• Administrative Or Research (2 Years)

Responsibilities

• Participates in recruitment of study participants per protocol.
• Completes paperwork and coordinates consent and follow-ups.
• Performs basic scripted assessments and schedules procedures as required.
• Collects data from study participants, medical records, interviews, questionnaires, diagnostic tests and other sources; prepares reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
