Job summary

The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking an Hourly Clinical Research Assistant at Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Medicine in Richmond, VA.

Under direct supervision, you will support investigators with administrative, regulatory, and data management tasks, coordinate visits, review charts, and help maintain source documents in accordance with Good Clinical Practice. Hybrid schedule available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Strong independent judgment, critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the Principal Investigator and coordinators with administrative, regulatory and data tasks.
• Chart review, participant identification, visit coordination and data management.
• Maintain source documents and participant files according to Good Clinical Practice.
• Assist with shipping samples and supporting study activation and regulatory maintenance.
