Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a Research Assistant to support clinical site staff in executing studies per GCP, ICH, and SOPs. Responsibilities include screening patients, conducting follow-ups, data entry in EDC, and maintaining source documents.

The RA will work under the Site Manager/Director and coordinate with CRCs and Investigators, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reports while upholding HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 1 year admin/clinical experience.
• 1+ years clinical research experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist CRCs and site staff with study initiation and enrollment.
• Conduct patient screenings and follow-up visits.
• Document in source charts and enter data in EDC.
• Manage appointment scheduling and reminders.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
