Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a Research Assistant (RA) to support Clinical Research Coordinators and site staff at the DeLand location. The RA will handle clinical, lab, and administrative tasks in compliance with GCP, ICH, HIPAA, FDA regulations, and SOPs.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and 1 year of admin/clinical experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. This role requires strong organization, communication, and confidentiality skills to support multiple studies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1 year administrative/clinical experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist CRCs and site staff with study execution and support functions.
• Document in source charts and enter data in EDC; respond to queries.
• Obtain vital signs and ECGs as needed and perform basic lab tasks per protocol.
• Schedule study visits and manage appointment reminders and rescheduling.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
