This full-time role offers exposure to clinical trials, data entry in EDC/CTMS, specimen handling, and collaboration with experienced researchers. A strong attention to detail and a patient-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of health-related college or completion of a healthcare program, with trial knowledge.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Experience with medical terminology and laboratory procedures helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new computer applications (EMR, CTMS).
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Phlebotomy training and willingness to become fully trained.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain study documents and kits.
• Schedule and confirm subject appointments.
• Ensure FDA/GCP compliance and study protocol adherence.
• Assist in prescreening and referral coordination.
• Provide subject care and explain procedures.
• Conduct study procedures including ECGs and questionnaires.
• Enter and verify data in EDC/CTMS and address queries.
• Maintain participant charts and regulatory documents.
• Support CRCs with filings and room preparation.
• Assist with onsite or remote monitor visits.
