Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is recommended.
• Ability to collect data and follow study protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of assigned projects and coordinate activities.
• Act as liaison between study participants and investigators, manages scheduling.
• Attend meetings with investigators and sponsors to coordinate services.
• Screen and recruit participants, explain protocols, and collect data.
• Enter study data into databases and prepare reports as needed.
• Manage study budgets, incentives, and travel provisions where applicable.
• Interviews participants and ensures complete, accurate data records.
• Coordinate required lab tests, process samples, and assist phlebotomy if needed.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and respond to audits.
