Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator to coordinate clinical assessments, care planning, and MDS transmission in a long-term care setting.
The role requires a Nursing degree with an active LPN license and at least one year of LTC experience. Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and MDS processes is valued, along with current BLS/CPR certification.

The MDS Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and completion of clinical assessments, supporting documentation, care planning and transmitting the MDS, as required by federal and state regulations.
