Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Clinical Reimbursement and Compliance Director. The individual in this role will ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements while overseeing reimbursement systems and strategies. Responsibilities include managing regulatory compliance, analyzing financial data, managing reimbursement processes, and providing effective guidance for improvement. The director will work collaboratively with healthcare and administrative teams to optimize processes and ensure best practices are met.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance in healthcare
• Legal Compliance expertise, with the ability to stay updated on federal and state regulations
• Strong Analytical Skills, with an ability to interpret financial data relevant to clinical reimbursement
• Proficiency in Finance as it relates to healthcare reimbursement systems
• Hands‑on experience in managing clinical reimbursement processes and improving financial strategies
• Capable of teaching staff at the facility level by demonstration of appropriate care techniques, documentation and analytical reasoning how to maximize quality of care while providing the upmost service to the residents.
• Detail-oriented and capable of balancing compliance with operational goals
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance Professional or RAC-CT) are a plus
