Job summary

Pride Mobility Products Corp is seeking a field-based Rehab Specialist to establish clinical presence and promote Quantum Rehab products across assigned territories in the United States. You will build strong relationships with providers and rehab facilities, coordinate product education, demos, and travel to meet sales goals.

The role requires travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest.
• Willingness to travel overnight and drive extensively.
• Experience with mobility evaluations or rehab facilities.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with therapists, providers, and rehab facilities to promote Quantum products.
• Coordinate product education, demos, and travel to assigned areas.
• Meet revenue goals and sales quotas while collaborating with Pride and Quantum teams.
• Ensure safety policies and CTPAT training requirements are followed.
• Develop strategic travel/call rotation to sustain partnerships.
