Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Data Coordination - Direct and coordinate data collection, harvest, quarterly outcomes analysis, and routine quality monitoring reports.
• Quality Improvement - Supervise and coordinate improvement efforts, identify gaps, and support data-driven decision making.
• Information Analysis - Use internal/external software to collect, enter, and analyze data while ensuring registry compliance.
• Collaboration - Build relationships across departments and educate stakeholders on findings and actions.
• Professional Inquiry - Maintain currency through education and seminars and participate in research initiatives.
• Clinical Review - Review patient records, discuss care approaches with clinicians, and ensure appropriate care levels.
• Compliance - Review records for protocol adherence and documentation compliance.
