The Clinical Recruiter plays a critical role in helping us attract, engage, place, and support exceptional nurses who align with our mission and HALOS values.
This is not a traditional recruiting role. This position combines recruiting, relationship management, staffing coordination, and operational execution. Team members in this role manage clinicians throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach through successful first shift placement, while partnering closely with branch operations teams to support staffing and growth goals.
The ideal candidate is highly relationship-driven, organized, fast-paced, operationally minded, and able to thrive in an environment requiring urgency, communication, multitasking, and accountability.
