Talent4Health is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for a 13-week local contract in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The RDN will provide nutrition care through MNT, perform assessments, and develop care plans in collaboration with the medical team.

Ideal candidates have clinical nutrition experience in a facility, strong documentation skills, and the ability to educate patients and staff. The role supports patient outcomes in a hospital environment with day shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial nutrition assessments and reassessments.
• Identify nutritional goals and develop interventions, monitoring progress.
• Develop enteral/parenteral nutrition plans with pharmacy and medical staff.
• Review admission orders to align nutrition support with guidelines.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in rounds.
