Job summary

Clinica Family Health in Lafayette, CO seeks a Clinical Quality Program Manager to lead quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. You will leverage data, process improvement and innovation to advance health outcomes, patient experience, and accessible care.

This role partners with clinical leaders, supports training, tracks metrics, and ensures compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements, while guiding teams through change in a hybrid work

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, organizational development or related field required.
  • Five (5+) years experience leading or facilitating process improvement, performance improvement, quality improvement, operational excellence, or organizational effectiveness initiatives in a healthcare or similarly complex environment.
  • Five (5+) years experience in Quality Program or Patient Safety management required.
  • Three (3+) years experience in Regulatory or Accreditation management required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams through influence, facilitation, coaching, project leadership or formal leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with internal stakeholders on training, process improvements, and interpretation of data, standards, and regulations.
  • Partner with clinical leaders to develop short- and long-term strategies that advance organizational goals.
  • Sustain and enhance quality programs while planning for future needs and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation, governance, regulatory, and performance measurement requirements.
  • Support care teams by tracking quality metrics and delivering actionable data insights.
  • Monday through Friday.
  • Hybrid: 2 days in the office, 3 days work from home.

  • Pay or shift range: $72,176 USD to $99,257 USD
    The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

As our Clinical Quality Program Manager, you will drive quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives that help care teams deliver exceptional, patient-centered care. You will use data, process improvement, and innovation to advance health outcomes, enhance the patient experience, and ensure care is accessible, effective, and culturally responsive across the organization.

You Will:

    • 2 days in the office, which can include working at various clinic sites.

    • 3 days work from home.



Compensation: Approximately $72,176 to $99,257 annually. All individual pay rates are calculated based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.


What We Need for this Job:



  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, organizational development or related field required.

  • Five (5+) years’ experience leading or facilitating process improvement, performance improvement, quality improvement, operational excellence, or organizational effectiveness initiatives in a healthcare or similarly complex environment.

  • Five (5+) years’ experience in Quality Program or Patient Safety management required.

  • Three (3+) years’ experience in Regulatory or Accreditation management required.

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams through influence, facilitation, coaching, project leadership or formal leadership experience is required.
