Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree.
• Experience: 2 years of healthcare quality in a clinical setting.
• Licensure/ Certification: CPHQ within 3 years of hire and maintain certification.
• Other skills: strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and detail-oriented abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring, analysis, and improvement of clinical quality across the operating unit.
• Evaluate performance on regulatory, pay-for-performance, and publicly reported metrics.
• Partner with clinical and operational teams to drive improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter resource on clinical quality definitions and performance methodologies.
• Leverage data, analytics, and predictive insights to inform strategy and achieve quality goals.
