You will work with Clinical Nurse Reporting Supervisors to ensure timely CMS reporting and high data quality.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and a basic understanding of quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing program completion.
• LPN license in good standing preferred.
• 3+ years healthcare/quality reporting experience preferred.
• Experience with clinical data entry and EHR.
• Knowledge of CMS reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meet data collection requirements to support CMS reporting.
• Build and collaborate on reports to monitor quality of care.
• Complete data extracts, reports, and submissions per program specs.
• Communicate with Supervisors to share quality outcomes and opportunities.
• Monitor data sources and IT systems to ensure data accuracy.
