Job summary

Clearview Cancer Institute is seeking a Quality Data Analyst to assist the Director of Quality in implementing internal and government quality programs across multiple service lines. The role includes incident training, reporting, and maintaining dashboards to support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Must understand quality processes, risk management, and government/program terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication with detailed reports.
• Well organized with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Able to collaborate with others and work independently when needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Quality in implementing internal and government quality programs.
• Maintain incident training, reporting, and dashboards; sign off on incident reports.
• Prepare biannual and annual reports; support MIPS measures across service lines.
• Pull and review compliance and operational reports; provide training on new projects.
• Develop SOPs for clinical data processes and ensure data accuracy in dashboards.
