Job summary

Pinnacle Clinical Research in Bellaire, TX is seeking a Quality Associate to audit trial activities and documents for SOP, GCP, and regulatory compliance. The role requires coordination with internal teams and external vendors to maintain high quality standards.

Under supervision, you will perform audits across disciplines, assist in QA reports, and help training efforts while maintaining thorough QA records and documentation for ongoing studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of clinical research or regulatory quality experience.
• Knowledge of CFR, GCP, HIPAA and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA audits of study documents and activities to ensure protocol/SOP/GCP compliance.
• Assist with QA reports and training material development.
• Communicate inspection findings and corrective actions to stakeholders.
