UCHealth Leprino Building, Anschutz Medical Campus, Aurora, CO, seeks a Clinical Quality professional to participate in patient safety and quality programming. You will measure, analyze, and facilitate improvement in clinical performance and outcomes, and investigate occurrence reports and safety trends.
This onsite role requires a bachelor's degree in a clinical field and 2 years of relevant experience; quality improvement or patient safety background is preferred.

Pay: $41.43 - $62.15 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Participates in activities related to patient safety and quality programming. Measures, analyzes, and facilitates improvement in clinical performance and outcomes. Investigates occurrence reports and analyzes safety and quality trends.
Understands key clinical quality and patient safety measures. Promotes the use of appropriate measures for clinical and operational services.
Facilitates components of patient safety programs, incorporating industry best practices, and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
Helps identify priorities for implementation of performance improvement plans related to quality metrics and patient safety opportunities.
Provides support to clinical and operational teams.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
