Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Clinical Quality Assurance Specialist near Phoenix, AZ to administer routine QA activities related to data, final reports, review and approval in the Clinical Department. This position is contract-to-hire with a schedule of 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri and a rate of $27-$33/hr plus benefits.

The successful candidate will work under the QA Director, travel occasionally (<10%), and support SOPs, GMP/GCP adherence, and study documentation to ensure compliant, high-quality research operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field and relevant QA/clinical experience.
• Strong understanding of GMP and GCP in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Reliable with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review raw data and clinical reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform final report review and QA release.
• Assist with documentation systems including SOPs, protocols, forms, and records.
• Maintain archives of study files and master documents; coordinate with archival services.
• Assist with new employee setup and CAPA reviews.
• Support internal audits and implement corrective actions.
