The fellow will contribute to supervision, grand rounds, and ongoing professional growth to support independent licensure.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. from APA/CPA accredited program.
• Clinical and research experience in psychology recommended.
• Strong communication, organization, and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care in outpatient setting (individual/family/group therapy).
• Supervise and train psychology interns/externs where applicable.
• Design and oversee a programmatic intervention to improve patient care or administration.
• Present at grand rounds for the Department of Psychiatry.
• Participate in monthly group supervision.
• Attend regular interdisciplinary trainings and clinical review meetings.
• Advance clinical, educational, and scientist-practitioner skills.
