Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a doctoral program in Clinical Psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association.

Responsibilities

• Lears the mission and functions of County institutions and their relationship to the community.
• Lears the purpose, methods, and related functions of the treatment program; attends seminars, in-service training classes, and lectures.
• Interviews incoming clients, reviews medical and psychosocial histories, and prepares intake documentation.
• Administers and interprets a range of psychological, cognitive, developmental, aptitude, and vocational tests for diagnosis and counseling.
• Contributes to development of psychological treatment plans and maintains written client case histories.
• Provides supervised psychological counseling and psychotherapy and collects outcomes data.
• Participates in research-related activities as needed.
