Qualifications

• Psy.D or Ph.D in Psychology with PA License in Psychology, preferably clinical psychology.
• APA-accredited program, post-doctoral year progress toward licensure and active psychologist status.
• Experience leading psychology services in a hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the clinical/psychological lead for two units and collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team.
• Attends daily treatment teams on those units.
• Guides unit divisions for programming and overall clinical functioning of the hospital.
• Assists with determining referrals for individual therapy, testing, and programming needs in conjunction with treatment team.
• Provides group therapy with adults or adolescents as requested.
• Provides individual therapy with adults and adolescents as requested.
• Performs psychological testing including cognitive, adaptive, personality, and neuropsychological screening; writes complete reports.
