Intellect is hiring a licensed Clinical Counsellor or Psychologist based in Ukraine to join our remote provider community, offering flexible freelance hours. You will conduct teletherapy with clients, collaborating with a clinical team and applying evidence-based approaches to support mental health needs.

The role emphasizes accessibility, human-centered care, and a flexible schedule that fits your current practice. Remote work with occasional hybrid options may be available.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Psychology (5-year program) and licensed practice.
• Active registration with the Ukrainian Psychological Association or equivalent.
• Experience delivering evidence-based psychotherapy and assessments.

Aufgaben

• Provide 1:1 teletherapy sessions through a digital platform.
• Collaborate with a clinical team for case discussions and supervision.
• Apply evidence-based approaches (CBT, EMDR, DBT, etc.).

In this role, you’ll:

• Collaborate with an experienced & supportive clinical team
• Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, EMDR, DBT, etc.)
• Support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma & more
• Help make mental healthcare more human, flexible, and accessible

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Psychology (5-year university program)
• 1–2 years of additional supervised specialization training with practical clinical experience
• Registration with the Ukrainian Psychological Association or an equivalent regulatory body
• Strong clinical foundation + passion for client care
