Job summary

MRG Exams is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to perform Veteran Disability Assessments in Maryland. The role involves in-person evaluations for U.S. Veterans, reviewing medical records through a secure web portal, and documenting findings for VA forms.

There is no treatment or prescribing. This full-time position offers training, malpractice insurance, and a predictable schedule with no on-call duties. Candidates must hold a Ph.D.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted Psychology license.
• Experience reviewing medical records and documenting assessments.
• Ability to work in both in-person and telehealth settings.

Clinical Psychologist – Veteran Disability Assessments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans.
• Review and analyze electronic medical records via a secure web portal.
• Accurately document exam findings and complete the required VA forms.

Note: This role does not involve treatment or prescribing medication. Disability determinations are made by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), not by the provider.

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday & Tuesday in person/ Wednesday-Friday telehealth (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
• Location: In-person role.
• Equipment Provided: Computer and all necessary tools for documentation.
