Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a clinically licensed psychologist for a hybrid, outpatient role in the Rehoboth Beach area. You will provide assessments and therapy for adults and/or children/adolescents, with a focus on evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

Position offers a competitive compensation package starting at $130,000+, with a signing bonus and uncapped earnings potential, plus a full benefits package and flexible scheduling (telemedicine and in-person).

Qualifications

• Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states (Ph.D. or Psy.D.).
• Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experience with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing and feedback sessions.
• Some psychological testing; most testing referred to psychometrists.
