You will conduct evaluations, diagnose, treat individuals and groups, and consult with interdisciplinary teams to enhance mission performance. The role requires APA‑accredited education (PhD or PsyD), 2+ years in mental health practice, and APA internship/residency.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD from an APA-accredited program in clinical or counseling psychology.
• Minimum of 2 years of peer‑reviewable clinical practice in mental health, government setting preferred.
• Successful completion of APA‑accredited internship/residency.

Responsabilités

• Perform psychological evaluations using clinical interviews, testing, and collateral information.
• Establish psychiatrically relevant diagnoses per DSM guidelines.
• Provide evidence‑based treatment for individuals and groups; assist in rehabilitation and coping with illness or injury.
• Produce comprehensive evaluation or treatment reports as required.
• Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to support psychological health and performance.
