LifeStance Health seeks licensed psychologists in California to join our clinical team, delivering evidence-based psychological care in outpatient settings. We welcome professionals experienced with adult and/or child/adolescent populations and committed to clinical excellence.

We offer a compensation range of $136K to $182K based on productivity, flexible schedules, telemedicine and in-person flexibility, and a robust benefits package to support work-life balance.
