Job summary

MRG Exams is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to perform disability assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA process. You will review behavioral health records electronically and conduct a comprehensive in-person assessment.

This role does not involve treatment or prescribing. The position is part-time, 3 days per week (Mon–Wed), 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a caseload of about four Veterans daily. Equipment and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D from APA Accredited program and licensure to practice psychology.
• Active and unrestricted Psychology license in good standing.
• Comfortable using technology to review records and document findings.

Clinical Psychologist – Veteran Disability Assessments

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our team in performing medical assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process. In performing Disability Assessments, you will review behavioral health records electronically through a secure Web Portal and perform a comprehensive assessment in-person on each Veteran.

Note: This role does not involve treatment or prescribing medication. Disability determinations are made by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), not by the provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Part-Time, 3 days per week, Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
• Location: In-person role.
• Caseload: 4 Veterans per day on average.
• Equipment Provided: Computer and all necessary tools for documentation.
