Job summary

Intellect is seeking licensed clinical psychologists for a freelance, fully remote role. You will provide 60-minute video sessions, conduct 1‑on‑1 telehealth care, and collaborate with our clinical team to enhance programs and the platform.

You may see a broad spectrum of cases including depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. Applicants must hold PhD or PsyD, have at least 3 years of clinical experience with 500 supervised hours, and a valid CO license.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD required.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours.
• Trauma-informed therapeutic approaches required.
• TF-CBT experience preferred.
• EMDR experience required.
• DBT for trauma survivors recommended.
• Somatic Experiencing training considered.
• Must hold valid and active licenses applicable to Colorado.
• Supervision every 2 months required.
• Experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) or adult counseling a plus.
• Willingness for occasional onsite work if needed.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

RequirementsQualifications

• Skilled in Trauma‑Informed Therapeutic Approaches.
• Trauma‑Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT).
• Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
• Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors.
• Somatic Experiencing (SE).
• Must hold valid and active licenses applicable to Colorado.
• One supervision session every 2 months.
• Prior experience with EAP and/or adult counseling.
• Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
