Job summary

The Intellect Company is seeking Licensed Clinical Psychologists to join its global telehealth platform as independent contractors. You will deliver 60-minute video sessions, empowering clients on their mental health and personal growth journeys from anywhere with flexible scheduling.

This freelance, fully remote role offers the freedom to set your own hours while collaborating with a mission-driven team. You’ll work with diverse clinical cases and strive to expand access to quality care

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or occasional onsite mental health support.
• Work with a wide range of clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
• Collaborate closely with Intellect’s internal clinical team to continuously improve our programs and platform.

We’re looking for passionate Licensed Clinical Psychologists to join Intellect, a leading mental health platform dedicated to making quality care more accessible around the world.

As a practitioner on our telehealth platform, you’ll have the opportunity to empower individuals on their mental health and personal growth journeys — providing meaningful, one-on-one support through 60-minute video sessions tailored to each client’s unique goals and needs.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or occasional onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients.
• Work with a wide range of clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
• Collaborate closely with Intellect’s internal clinical team to continuously improve our programs and platform.
  

• Qualifications: PhD or PsyD
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours (excluding internships and academic placements)
• Expertise: Skilled in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches
• Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)
• Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
• Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors
• Somatic Experiencing (SE)
• License: Must hold valid and active license applicable to Illinois
• Supervision Requirement: One supervision session every 2 months
• Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP and/or adult counseling
• Flexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary
• Languages: Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Applicants must already hold a valid visa or legal right to work in the country of hiring, as Intellect does not provide visa sponsorship at this time
