Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an APA-approved program and California license as Clinical Psychologist.
• Minimum 5 years of post-graduate direct treatment therapy experience in a clinical setting.
• CPR/BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
• Knowledge of clinical psychology principles, testing, assessment, diagnosis, and emotional/mental disorders.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate with medical, behavioral health, legal, and educational professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychometric testing, evaluation, and diagnostic assessments for clients.
• Conduct psychological evaluations via interviews, testing, and clinical assessments.
• Prepare complete written summaries of testing and evaluations.
• Provide consultation to BHS and medical staff on client care.
• Deliver psychotherapy, counseling, and group/family therapy across RSBCIHI clinics.
• Manage ongoing caseload and treatment plans with Clinical Coordinator.
• Records and documents in SOAP format and ensure privacy compliance.
• Provide crisis intervention and referrals as appropriate.
