Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology required; Nebraska license or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations (cognitive, personality, risk assessments).
• Develop and lead individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Serve as a clinical voice on interdisciplinary teams.
• Offer consultation on behavioral strategies and therapeutic approaches.
• Deliver staff trainings on psychological practices and risk management.
• Contribute to policy improvements and program development.
• Provide expert testimony at mental health board hearings.
