LifeStance Health is actively seeking licensed clinical psychologists in the New Castle area to join a growing outpatient practice. The role offers a competitive compensation package starting at $130,000+ with a productivity-based model, signing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Outpatient focus, hybrid schedule with telemedicine and on-site work, no nights or weekends, and strong support for collaboration with mid-level clinicians are provided. Licensure in US states is required.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states.
• Experience with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing and feedback sessions.
• Experience with testing; most testing referred to psychometrists.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
