Qualificações

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited graduate program.
• Full, current, and unrestricted license to practice clinical or counseling psychology at the doctoral level in the District of Columbia or any U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth.
• At least five years (within the last seven) of verifiable work experience as a licensed psychologist specializing in counseling or clinical psychology, working with justice-involved populations.
• At least five years (within the last seven) of verifiable experience providing both group and individual therapy to justice-involved populations.
• U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Facilitate group sessions with up to 10–12 participants as required.
• Maintain confidential documentation per CSOSA protocols (progress notes, plans, attendance, discharge summaries).
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and staffings.
