California Correctional Health Care Services is seeking a Psychologist-Clinical, Correctional Facility, at California State Prison Solano (SOL) in Vacaville. The role involves preadmission screenings, inmate evaluations, crisis intervention, and treatment planning within a correctional setting.

You will work with psychiatry, nursing, and custody staff, providing therapy, discharge planning, supervision of learners, and participation in program evaluation to support reintegration and humane care

Responsibilities

• Preadmission screenings and psychologist evaluations for inmates admitted to the program.
• Crisis intervention, individual therapy, and discharge planning.
• Interdisciplinary team evaluations; consult with psychiatrist, nursing and other staff.
• supervision and training to students, interns, and unlicensed staff as assigned.
• Participation in program evaluation, research, and data analysis as needed.
