Job summary

LifeStance Health seeks licensed or license-eligible psychologists to provide outpatient behavioral health services. The role supports adults and/or children, with exposure to trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and related challenges.

A hybrid schedule may include telehealth from home and in-office work across multiple MA locations including Brookline. The position offers a supportive team, full benefits, paid malpractice coverage, and opportunities to supervise interns for additional pay.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible psychologists with doctoral training.
• Experience delivering evidence-based interventions for adults and/or youth.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting including telehealth and in-office care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychology services in group office settings.
• Deliver evidence-based treatments for trauma, anxiety, mood disorders and related issues.
• Coordinate care with multi-disciplinary team and supervise interns if requested.

We are currently seeking Licensed or License eligible Psychologists (EdD/PsyD/PhD) to offer services to our clients in our outpatient group office. Candidates should be skilled in evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and/or children, adolescents struggling with trauma, anxiety, mood (depression, bipolar), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders as well as behavioral, social, and emotional struggles.

Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office as well as working in one of our office locations.

We perform essential, yet non-billable clinical and administrative functions that comprise the infrastructure needed to maintain a successful, busy practice so that you can focus on your clinical work.
