Overview

Centurion of Florida is the provider of mental health services to the Florida Department of Corrections. We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Wakulla Correctional Institution located in Crawfordville, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient psychological services to male patients in a state‑of‑the‑art correctional institution.
• Utilize specialized mental health units and innovative programming to assist patients with serious mental illness.
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with correctional healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold PsyD or PhD from a U.S. accredited university program.
• Must have successfully completed post‑doctoral requirements.
• Licensed in Florida as a Clinical Psychologist.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Must be able to pass credentialing and background check.
• Prior experience in a locked unit is highly desired.
• Work legally in the United States without sponsorship.

Shift

• Monday–Friday Day Shift (no nights, holidays, weekends).
