Psycho Social Therapies is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to deliver counseling services and expert evaluations in long-term care centers across Ohio. Applicants should be personable, flexible, and able to collaborate with facility staff.

Openings exist in the Cleveland, Akron, Youngstown and surrounding areas with full-time and part-time hours available and very flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Clinical Psychologist with experience working in long term care facilities or with geriatric population is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services in long term care centers and perform expert evaluations.
• Offer one-on-one therapy, group therapy and family therapy.
• Educate facility staff through in-services on resident needs and care approaches.

Psycho Social Therapies provides all counseling needs and services to the residents in long term care facilities.

With over 60 accounts throughout Ohio, Psycho Social Therapies is a leading psychotherapy agency focused on the geriatric population. Our counseling services are provided from the day the resident moves into the facility. Our very well trained and experienced staff will help the resident get through their adjustment, anxiety, depression and other hardships they are dealing with or going through.

Our counseling sessions include one on one therapy, group therapy and family therapy. We also provide in-services to educate the facility staff on how best to cope with the resident needs.
