Job summary

Lifestance-Health in Washington state seeks licensed clinicians to join a flexible team of psychologists serving adults and/or children/adolescents. The role emphasizes conducting testing intakes, planning assessment batteries, writing reports and delivering feedback to patients and families.

Compensation is strong with sign-on bonuses, performance-based incentives, and a robust benefits package including 401K matching, CEUs, and paid parental leave.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed and credentialed in Washington including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
• Experienced with caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experienced with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing and feedback sessions.

Responsibilities

• Some Psychological testing; most testing will be referred to Psychometrists.
• Perform testing intakes, plan batteries, write assessment reports and provide feedback sessions.

Psychologists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Psychologists that are:
