Job summary

LifeStance Health is hiring Licensed Clinical Psychologists in Washington to provide evidence-based mental health care in a leading behavioral health practice. Roles offer W2 employment, competitive compensation, and a sign-on bonus with a cash-based incentive plan.

Positions are available in Renton with both in-office and hybrid options, Monday–Friday, no weekends, to support work-life balance. Part-time and full-time schedules are offered, with comprehensive benefits and malpractice insurance

Psychologists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Psychologists that are:

• Fully licensed and credentialed in Washington as a Psychologist including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
• Experienced with caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Psychological Testing available but not required.

Location and Schedule:

• Offices in Renton and surrounding areas
• Locations are throughout the area to make commuting easier
