Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking Licensed or license-eligible psychologists to provide outpatient mental health services across multiple locations in a hybrid model, including telehealth from home and in-office work.

Ideal candidates will be skilled in evidence-based interventions for adults and/or children facing trauma, anxiety, mood disorders and related challenges, with strong collaboration and client support.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible psychologist with doctoral degree.
• Experience delivering evidence-based treatments to adults and/or children.
• Comfort with telehealth and in-office outpatient settings.

We are currently seeking Licensed or License eligible Psychologists (EdD/PsyD/PhD) to offer services to our clients in our outpatient group office. Candidates should be skilled in evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and/or children, adolescents struggling with trauma, anxiety, mood (depression, bipolar), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders as well as behavioral, social, and emotional struggles.

Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office as well as working in one of our office locations.

• Annual Compensation Estimates: $115,000-$147,000 compensation model based on productivity.

We also have talented support staff who handle everything from credentialing to insurance authorizations, and collection of payments. We perform essential, yet non-billable clinical and administrative functions that comprise the infrastructure needed to maintain a successful, busy practice so that you can focus on your clinical work.
