Responsibilities

• Provide CBT, ACT, DBT treatment
• Clinical care to patients in outpatient and inpatient medical and psychiatric units
• Individual psychotherapy in an outpatient setting
• Optimize whole-person health and wellness

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree from an APA‑accredited program in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD), required
• Completion of an APA‑approved post‑doctoral fellowship
• Current New Jersey State Psychology license
• Proficient in evidence‑based treatments (CBT, ACT, DBT)
• Minimum 5 years of related clinical experience serving patients across the mental health and work‑related spectrum
• Prior experience supervising and training clinicians
• Excellent clinical skills in the assessment and treatment of children and families

Compensation

• Starting Base Salary: $111,924.80 Annually
